A 17-year-old boy has been arrested over a brutal murder and is now in custody awaiting his court appearance at Bromley Magistrates’ Court.
Teen Held in Connection with Brutal Killing
Police swooped on the unnamed teenager on Wednesday, 14 April. He was promptly remanded in custody and is set to face magistrates today. Homicide detectives from Specialist Crime are still hunting for more suspects and crucial info.
Top Detective Pleads for Witnesses
Detective Chief Inspector Chris Wood, who is leading the probe, said: “I am appealing for anyone with information about the people involved in this murder to come forward. Often, friends or acquaintances know who’s responsible. If that’s you, do the right thing and contact us.”
Wood reassured witnesses they could stay anonymous by contacting Crimestoppers via phone or online. “All info will be treated with the strictest confidence,” he added. “Think about Levi and his devastated family – your tip could help bring justice.”
Woman Charged with Murder
Earlier, a 36-year-old woman was arrested on Sunday, 11 April, charged with murder on Tuesday, 13 April, and is due in court at the Old Bailey on Friday, 16 April. Police believe she is connected to the case.
