Woman in 70s Killed in Leysdown Road Horror Crash
A white Seat Exeo estate smashed into a pensioner on the B2231 Leysdown Road near Bay View Gardens at 4:45pm on Tuesday, December 6, 2022.
The victim, a woman in her 70s pushing a trolley bag, was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. Emergency services, including Kent Police and South East Coast Ambulance, rushed to the deadly collision but could do nothing to save her.
Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is leading the inquiry. They’re appealing for anyone who saw the crash or captured it on dashcam or CCTV to step forward.
