An 18-year-old man was discovered with knife wounds to his face and hands at Harrow on the Hill train station yesterday, prompting a swift response from emergency services and law enforcement authorities.

Metropolitan Police received reports of the stabbing around 6:00 pm on Friday (April 19), prompting officers to rush to the scene. Upon arrival, they found the victim with injuries consistent with a knife attack.

London Ambulance Service dispatched an ambulance crew and an incident response officer to the station, where they provided immediate medical assistance to the injured teen. Following initial treatment at the scene, the victim was swiftly transported to a hospital for further evaluation and care.

Fortunately, authorities have confirmed that the victim’s condition is not deemed life-threatening or life-changing, offering a measure of relief amid the concerning circumstances.

Metropolitan Police have launched an investigation into the incident, believing that the attack took place in a nearby park. While no arrests have been made at this time, law enforcement agencies are actively pursuing leads and conducting inquiries to apprehend those responsible for the assault.

The incident prompted a temporary disruption to transport services, with southbound Metropolitan Line trains bypassing Harrow on the Hill station as police responded to the scene. Normal operations resumed following the completion of police activities, and the station was reopened to the public around 7:07 pm.
