18-Year-Old Charged with Murder of Robert Robinson in Deptford

Ryan Wedderburn, 18, from Windless Place, SE8, is set to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today. He faces murder charges over the fatal stabbing of 21-year-old Robert Robinson on June 6 in Carteret Way, Deptford.

Third Suspect Now in Custody

Wedderburn handed himself in at a South London police station on June 20. His arrest brings the total number of suspects in the case to three.

Dalziell Wedderburn, 44, also from Windless Place, was charged with murder on June 9. He appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court the following day and remains in custody. Both men are due to appear at the Old Bailey on September 3.

The second suspect, Kirk Harris, 18, from New Cross, was charged with murder on June 18. Like Dalziell Wedderburn, he appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court and has been remanded in custody pending the same Old Bailey hearing.
