Four Caught and Court-Ordered in Bromley and Bexley

Justice was served last Friday at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts with a mix of tough sentences handed down for crimes ranging from sexual assault to drug offences.

Sexual Assault and Curfew

Pareskevas Michailidis, 50, of Beaconsfield Road, Blackheath, admitted sexually assaulting a woman by inappropriate touching. The court hit him with a two-year community order including electronic monitoring and a strict curfew.

Drug Driving and Fines Hit Hard

  • Dean Roots, 41, from Beckenham Road, Beckenham, pled guilty to drug driving and cannabis possession on June 12 in Bromley. He got a one-year driving ban and a £461 fine.
  • Calum Martinez-Plank, 28, of Keedonwood Road, Downham, also admitted drug driving in Catford on July 30. He was disqualified from driving for a year and fined £307.

Cannabis Cultivation Brings Community Order

Thomas Payne, 21, from Chatham Avenue, Hayes, admitted growing cannabis plants on January 5. He was sentenced to a one-year community order and must complete 80 hours of unpaid work.
