Police are urgently seeking help to locate a man who has gone missing from Dartford.

Wayne Parchment, 61, was last seen in the Spital Street area on Thursday, April 10, and concerns are growing for his welfare.

Wayne is described as being of mixed race, approximately 6ft tall, bald, with a short grey beard and moustache. At the time of his disappearance, he may have been wearing black jogging bottoms, a grey top, a dark blue jacket, and black shoes.

According to Kent Police, Wayne sometimes becomes confused and is known to wear a lanyard around his neck with two keys attached. He is believed to be travelling on foot and may appear to walk with a shuffle.

Wayne is familiar with several areas in Dartford, including Lowfield Street and Princes Road, and he may still be in the local area.

Public Urged to Help

A spokesperson for Kent Police said:

“We are increasingly concerned for Wayne’s welfare and are asking anyone who has seen him or knows where he might be to come forward. Even the smallest piece of information could make a difference in helping us locate him safely.”

Anyone who may have seen Wayne or has information about his whereabouts is urged to call 999 immediately, quoting reference 12-0856.

  • Keep a safe distance and call emergency services immediately.
