A man, aged 30 to 40, wearing a grey tracksuit and black beanie, allegedly assaulted a woman. Officers rushed to the scene and launched an immediate search.
Suspect Nabbed but Bailed Amid Ongoing Probe
A 31-year-old man from St Albans was arrested nearby on suspicion of common assault and carrying an offensive weapon in public. He has since been released on police bail as investigations continue.
