A 48-year-old tetraplegic man from West Winch has been charged with sexually assaulting NHS carers helping him at home. Kelvin Morgan, of Watering Lane, appeared via video link at Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.

Serious Allegations Laid Bare

  • Morgan denies five counts of sexual assault.
  • Also charged with assault by beating.
  • Accused of breaching a 12-year criminal behaviour order.

Prosecutors claim he groped and slapped the bottoms of various NHS staff between 13 June 2025 and 1 January this year.

Offender Already on Criminal Behaviour Order

Morgan, described as a prolific offender, was slapped with the lengthy 12-year criminal behaviour order last year. Despite the restrictions, the alleged offences supposedly continued. He was released on unconditional bail ahead of a pre-trial preparation hearing set for 30 April.
