Thames Valley Police are hunting a brazen pervert who exposed himself twice in broad daylight to women in Oxfordshire. The offender, riding a bike, targeted a woman with her young child and later struck again at a lone woman — sparking alarm across the area.
Two Creepy Exposures, One Day, Same Disturbing MO
- The first incident happened near Longford Way at 11:20am on Wednesday. The man cycled past a woman and her child, then slipped into nearby bushes.
- From his hiding spot, he shockingly exposed himself to the terrified pair.
- Just hours later, around 1pm between Hagbourne and Upton, he struck again. The man passed a lone woman on a cycle track, dismounted, hid in the bushes, and exposed himself once more.
Police Describe Suspect as Young Black Male on Black Bike
The suspect is described as a slim Black man in his twenties with an afro hairstyle. He was last seen wearing dark jeans and a dark top, riding a black bicycle.
Police Urge Witnesses and CCTV Footage to Help Catch the Pervert
“I am appealing to anybody who witnessed either of these incidents, or may have information that could assist in our investigation to contact Thames Valley Police,” said PC Daniel Mellor. “If you were near these areas or have CCTV or door-cam footage, please come forward. Officers have statements from some witnesses but need more information.”
