Teen Dies in Deadly Isleworth Crash – Police Seek Witnesses

Police are hunting for witnesses after a fatal crash in Isleworth claimed the life of an 18-year-old moped rider.

Fatal Collision on Twickenham Road

Officers from the Serious Collisions Investigation Unit rushed to Twickenham Road, TW7, at around 1:15pm on Thursday, 26 April. A Toyota Yaris and a moped collided, leaving the young rider critically injured.

Tragically, Sam Jefferies, an 18-year-old from Chiswick, was pronounced dead at the scene just before 2pm. His family has been informed. The driver of the Toyota stopped and is cooperating with police.

Investigation Underway, Witnesses Urgently Needed

Metropolitan Police’s Roads and Transport Policing Command is leading the investigation. A post-mortem will be scheduled soon to determine the exact cause of death.

Police have made no arrests yet and urge anyone with information to come forward.
