Vandals Target Stanley Primary in Spooky Weekend Attack
Stanley Primary School was hit by vandals over the Halloween weekend. Between Friday, October 30 and Monday, November 2, a wooden door was deliberately damaged, with signs suggesting someone tried to set it on fire.
Drain Pipe Ripped Off Near Playground
That’s not all. From 5pm on Monday, November 2 to 7am Tuesday, November 3, a drain pipe was pulled off the building close to the playing field. The damage adds to a worrying pattern of reckless behaviour during lockdown.
Youths Spotted Climbing Roofs
Staff have also reported youths seen climbing on the school roof during lockdown. This dangerous behaviour risks serious injury and costs the school much-needed funds.
