Knife-Wielding Thief Robs Tesco Express in Chandler’s Ford
Hampshire police are hunting a brazen robber who struck at Tesco Express in Pilgrims Close, Chandler’s Ford, late Monday night.
Man Threatens Staff with Knife
At around 10.50pm, a man confronted a female staff member in the store’s rear yard. Armed with a knife, he forced her back inside before grabbing cash from the till.
Suspect Description and Clues
- White male
- Blue/green eyes
- Wearing all black clothes, including hat and gloves
- White face covering with black lines
- Carrying two mainly cream bags with red handles, marked ‘bags for help’ in blue
