Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS) responded to a garage fire this afternoon on Lansbury Crescent, Dartford.
Two fire engines were dispatched to the scene at 4:22 PM, with crews wearing breathing apparatus and using high-pressure hose reel jets to extinguish the flames. A Detection, Identification, and Monitoring (DIM) vehicle was also deployed for additional support.
Fortunately, there were no reported injuries, and the fire was successfully contained.
Cause of the Fire
The fire is believed to have been started by a tumble dryer located in the garage.
