Builder Falls from Scaffolding in Busy Bromley Street
A man believed to be a builder suffered serious injuries after falling from scaffolding on a busy Bromley street.
Emergency Services Rush to Queensway
Police and ambulance crews were spotted rushing to Queensway at around 1pm on Thursday, January 7.
Authorities quickly set up a cordon around the junction with Fairway. Two police cars and ambulance vehicles lined the street as medics treated the injured man.
Man in His 50s Seriously Hurt
A Met Police spokesman confirmed officers were called to Fairway in Orpington just before 1pm following reports of a “fall from height.”
“Officers, alongside London Ambulance Service and the Air Ambulance, attended and found a man in his 50s with serious injuries,” the spokesman said.
The man was rushed to hospital. The incident sparked significant disruption on the busy street as emergency teams worked swiftly.
