Despite a devastating blaze at their Andover facility, the company proudly confirms: all 700 employees remain on the payroll. “We value our people,” they said. “Everyone is still employed and being paid until further notice.”

Company bosses praised their onsite staff for “amazing strength and resilience” during the crisis, including team managers, operations, engineering, health & safety, IT, HR, training, and senior management. Special thanks went to emergency services, who faced “the toughest fire they’ve ever attended” but kept everyone safe.

“I’m in awe of our emergency services. They gave us hope and did the best they could,” the statement said. “Thank you to all who offered support and help.”
