Despite a devastating blaze at their Andover facility, the company proudly confirms: all 700 employees remain on the payroll. “We value our people,” they said. “Everyone is still employed and being paid until further notice.”

Teams are scattered across multiple locations, working nonstop to manage next steps and support staff. Communication is ongoing with a drop-in centre set up at The Hayward Suite, Wolversdene Club, Andover for refreshments and updates on Thursday 7th and Friday 8th from 10 a.m.

Company bosses praised their onsite staff for “amazing strength and resilience” during the crisis, including team managers, operations, engineering, health & safety, IT, HR, training, and senior management. Special thanks went to emergency services, who faced “the toughest fire they’ve ever attended” but kept everyone safe.
“I’m in awe of our emergency services. They gave us hope and did the best they could,” the statement said. “Thank you to all who offered support and help.”
