Police constable Sam Wiltshire has been sacked without notice following serious allegations of gross misconduct.
At a hearing on Tuesday, 22 September, it was proven the East Area Command Unit officer breached professional standards on authority, respect, courtesy, and discreditable conduct.
Threatening Texts To Ex and Family Spark Dismissal
PC Wiltshire sent threatening messages filled with violence to his ex-partner and her family.
He also fired off texts that were grossly offensive and indecent, behaviour the hearing judged completely unacceptable for a police officer.
Dismissal Deemed The Only Course
The panel ruled the severity of Wiltshire’s actions warranted immediate dismissal, confirming the gross misconduct charge.
