Police have taken swift action following allegations of indecent exposure on Deptford High Street, resulting in the arrest and charging of a suspect.
Members of the public alerted patrolling officers to the incident, prompting immediate intervention from Officers
Thanks to the victim’s cooperation and identification of the suspect, police swiftly apprehended the individual in question, who has since been charged and remanded in custody.
The suspect faces charges under Section 4A of the Public Order Act 1994, which pertains to causing intentional harassment, alarm, or distress. This offence falls under the category of public order offences, encompassing acts involving violence or intimidation against members of the public.
