£1,000 Reward to Nab Portsmouth Drug Dealer on the Run
Police are hunting Louis Makai, 46, and offering a £1,000 reward for tips leading to his arrest and conviction. Makai, once based in Portsmouth, is wanted for breaching his court bail conditions.
Drug Kingpin on the Loose
Makai was granted bail in May by Hove Crown Court following a hung jury in his trial over a £12million heroin conspiracy dating back to 2015. But his bail was smashed on 3rd August after he broke several conditions. He’s due for a retrial in November.
Where Is Louis Makai?
Detective Sergeant Julian Deans reckons Makai could be lurking in Lambeth, Sussex, or Hampshire. “If you spot him or have any info, let us know,” he said.

- Dark brown hair
- Blue eyes
