On Friday, 30 July, Jason Higgins, 51, of Union Street, maidstone/" title="Maidstone" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Maidstone, faced charges of burglary and breaching his Criminal Behaviour Order.
He was remanded in custody and set to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court later that day.
