Akona-Dosunmo Sentenced for Child Sex Offences at Manchester Crown Court
Akona-Dosunmo was sentenced at Manchester Crown Court on Tuesday, May 9. He pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including four breaches of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, two counts of sexual communication with a child, and attempting to arrange or facilitate a child sex offence. In addition, he was handed an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

Detective Constable Rachael Barcas led the investigation that secured the conviction. Detective Inspector Alan Nuttall praised her “relentless efforts” in ensuring justice was served. He also thanked the young victims for their bravery in coming forward and providing vital evidence.
