Cocaine Dealers Caught Living Lavish Life on Drugs Cash

Amy Willard, 28, from Totton, and Amran Ahmed, 31, of Southampton, faced Southampton Crown Court last Thursday, June 16, after being busted for Class A drug offences.

Jail Time for Ahmed, Suspended Sentences for Willard

  • Ahmed pleaded guilty to distributing Class A drugs and concealing criminal assets.
  • Willard also admitted distributing Class A drugs and transferring criminal property.
  • Ahmed was handed a five-year prison sentence.
  • Willard got two years, suspended for two years, plus 120 hours unpaid work.

Luxury Life Exposed: Rolex, Designer Gear Seized

The investigation kicked off on July 27, 2020, when police stopped a hire vehicle at Ahmed’s Winchester Road address. Both suspects were searched, with their phones seized. Under a red car on the driveway, officers found cocaine worth £3,000.

Raids on their homes uncovered luxury stash worth £14,000: Moncler jackets, Louboutin shoes, Louis Vuitton belts and bags, gold jewellery, and a Rolex watch.

‘Blanco the Barber’ Running a Drug Empire

Phone messages revealed Ahmed, nicknamed “Blanco the barber,” openly marketing his cocaine like a legit business — even asking for customer “reviews” on the quality, “like Trip Advisor.”

Bank records showed Ahmed hid income from HMRC since 2017/18, yet £68,492 hit his accounts between 2019 and 2020. Willard transferred £41,649 to him during this time.

PC Chael Essery said: “Ahmed and Willard lived a lavish lifestyle funded by the proceeds of cocaine dealing. However, as a result of their crimes, they now face a much less luxurious future.”
