At just before 5pm on Wednesday, April 9, emergency services rushed to the scene after reports that a baby was violently shaken and roughly handled by a man right in front of drivers stuck in traffic.

Two More Arrested Over Child Neglect
Following further inquiries, police detained a 38-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman from Brighton on suspicion of child neglect. Both have been released on bail as enquiries continue.
