£1.3 Million Drug Haul and 15 Firearms Seized in Major Gang Bust
Police have smashed a dangerous drug ring, seizing £1.3 million worth of class A drugs, £10,000 in cash, and 15 firearms with ammunition. The court heard the gang transported a staggering 60kg of class A drugs during the probe.
Mastermind Controlled Operation From Prison
The gang was tightly controlled by Christopher Reeve and, when he was unavailable, his partner Sarah Reeve took charge. Remarkably, Garvey Thompson managed to run the drug supply line via an illegal phone from prison, coordinating shipments between Liverpool, Coventry, Daventry, and the Bickerstaffe area.
On August 3, 2018, Sarah Reeve and Lewis Mowat were caught red-handed leaving Liverpool with 3kg of high-purity drugs. Evidence from a seized phone revealed Christopher Reeve orchestrated the delivery, with full involvement from Sarah Reeve and Mowat.
