Over 100 Bags of Heroin and Crack Seized in Sevenoaks Drug Bust

Drugs and Cash Found in Driver’s Grip
Officers acting on tip-offs found over 70 wraps stuffed in the car door pocket, with extra Class A drugs tucked in the centre console. The driver, a 36-year-old man from Battersea, London, was caught with nearly £600 in cash. He was arrested on suspicion of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply.
Police Crack Down on ‘County Lines’ Drug Gangs
A search of the suspect’s home uncovered two sets of electric scales, seized for forensic analysis. Kent Police’s dedicated Operation Raptor team targets criminal gangs running ‘county lines’ – pushing drugs from London into Kent and beyond.
Detective Sgt James Arnold said: “We are working relentlessly to identify and tackle individuals associated with the supply of drugs into our communities and are dedicated to removing the county lines networks which cause so much harm.”
He added: “Please remember, we also continue to need your help, so always report any suspicious behaviour. By working together, we ensure Kent remains safe and send a clear message: there’s no place to hide from the law.”
The suspect has been bailed and is due back at a police station on 4 July as investigations continue.
