Gang Attack in Sandwich: Elderly Man Hospitalised
Kent Police are hunting witnesses after a shocking assault in Sandwich left a man in his 70s seriously injured.

Just before 9.20am on Thursday, June 16, 2022, officers were called after the victim was admitted to a local hospital with wounds.
The assault happened overnight on June 15, between 10.30pm and early morning, on Strand Street. Three attackers reportedly punched and kicked the elderly man to the ground.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Officers are probing the full circumstances. They urge anyone with information or private CCTV footage to get in touch.
