Tragic Death on Southampton’s Inner Avenue After Pedestrian Hit by BMW
A 29-year-old man has died after a serious collision with a black BMW on Southampton’s Inner Avenue last Friday. Jakub Seniuk was struck while using a pedestrian crossing, police confirmed.
Collision Details
Officers were called at 4.15pm on December 2nd after reports of a crash near the junction with Rockstone Place. Jakub, from Bellevue Terrace, suffered severe injuries and sadly passed away in hospital the next day.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Sergeant Andy Noble from the Roads Policing Unit is urging anyone who saw the incident or has information to come forward. He said, “We are investigating the circumstances surrounding this incident which has resulted in Jakub losing his life. If you witnessed the incident, or anything leading up to it, please contact the investigating team immediately.”
