Concerns Grow for Missing Oxford Man Last Seen in Taxi
Francis Jennings, 55, vanished on Tuesday morning after hopping into a taxi on Woodstock Road, Oxford, around 10am. He was last spotted wearing brown trousers, a white jumper, and a cream jacket.

Police Urge Public to Help Find Francis
“We are growing increasingly concerned for Francis’s wellbeing,” said PC Alex Jones of Cowley police station.
“If you know where he is, please call 101 with reference number 43220091902. If you spot him, dial 999 immediately. Francis, you’re not in trouble – just let someone know you’re safe.”
