Three Men Bailed After Brutal Southampton Stabbing
Police are hunting for witnesses after a 28-year-old man was brutally stabbed multiple times in Southampton’s Woolston area.
Victim Found with Multiple Stab Wounds
The victim was discovered in the early hours of Sunday, December 18, on Victoria Road, suffering serious puncture wounds to his lower back and legs. He was rushed to Southampton General Hospital with injuries described as serious but not life-threatening.
Three Arrested and Bailed
Detectives quickly arrested three men — a 25-year-old from London and two men aged 26 and 27 from Middlesex. All three have now been released on bail until February 17, pending further investigations.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Detective Sergeant Wayne Jackson said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who was in the Victoria Road area around this time who saw or heard this incident to contact us.”
“Although we believe the incident to be isolated, we are appealing to anyone with information to come forward and assist us in confidence by phoning 101 and quoting 44160475861.”
