Two Found Dead in West Mersea Home on Easter Sunday

Police are probing the sudden deaths of two people found at a house in West Mersea on Easter Sunday afternoon.

Ambulance Service Raised Alarm

The ambulance service raised concerns about the welfare of the pair at around 1.30pm on April 9. Responding officers arrived at the Victory Road property to find both individuals had died.

Victims Unidentified, Deaths Not Suspicious

An Essex Police spokesperson said the victims were in their 60s. “Their deaths were unexpected but not suspicious,” the spokesperson added. Investigations into the circumstances are ongoing, with the identities of the deceased still unknown.
