A vile sex predator has been jailed for three-and-a-half years after repeatedly breaking his Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) to make contact with children.
Alan Falconer’s twisted tactics exposed
Alan Falconer, 58, from The Green, Billingham, sneaked his way back into the lives of families by concealing his horrific past. His previous convictions include rape, attempted rape, and indecent assault against children. Falconer deceived parents, failing to reveal his history, and used grooming tactics to manipulate families into trusting him.
Police swoop after families raise alarm
After suspicions were raised, police launched an investigation that uncovered six separate breaches of Falconer’s SHPO. He was arrested on 10th March and charged accordingly.
“His actions showed clear intent to contact children despite the court order. This sentence reflects the seriousness of the breaches and protects our community,” police said.
Falconer’s jail sentence sends a strong message to offenders trying to exploit vulnerable youngsters under the radar.
