Eleven people are due to appear in courts across the country today, Friday, 11 November, after being charged overnight following disruption by Just Stop Oil on the M25

  The following have been charged with public nuisance and will appear at court today. Daniel Misfud, 46 (24.09.76) of Blacklers Cross, Totnes will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court. Nicholas Onley, 60 (14.07.62) of Richmond Road, N15 will appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court. Thomas Gardener, 40 (02.06.82) of New Eaton Road, Stapleford, Nottinghamshire will appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court. Diana Hekt, 68 (25.06.54) of Victoria Road, Kirklees will appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court. Tez Burns, 34 (15.05.88) of Beaufort Court, Swansea will appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court. Mair Bain, 35 (14.07.87) of Enfield Road, Derby will appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court. The following have been charged with conspiracy to cause a public nuisance and will also appear at court today. Phoebe Plummer, 21 (26.09.01) of Elms Road, SW4 will appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court. David Mann, 50 (01.11.72) of Kerry Avenue, Ipswich, will appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court. Cressida Gethian, 20 (19.01.02) of The Southend, Ledbury will appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court. Christopher Ford, 35 (28.02.77) of Carlton Way, Cambridge will appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court. Quido Wieswer, 18 (05.05.04) of Pentonville Road, N1 will appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court.
