Police are hunting for a culprit after a man was stabbed outside the Greyhound Pub in Sydenham late on Saturday night. The shocking attack took place just before midnight on April 26, 2025.

Victim Attacked With Screwdriver Near Busy High Street

Eyewitnesses say the victim was plunged with a screwdriver during a violent assault outside the popular High Street venue. Emergency services rushed to the scene where paramedics treated the man for stab wounds. So far, the severity of his injuries remains unclear.

Crime Scene Established Despite Delays

A crime scene was quickly set up outside the pub, but sources reveal police response faced delays due to transport disruptions in the area. The Metropolitan Police have yet to release an official statement but confirm enquiries are ongoing.
