Shocking Robbery at Pensioner’s Home in Hartley
Kent Police are hunting a thug who targeted an elderly woman in her 80s during a brazen robbery at her Hartley home.
Violent Attack During Daylight Hours
At around 2pm on Tuesday 3 March 2020, a man barged into a house near Church Road and demanded cash from the pensioner. He then shoved her to the floor, causing a painful shoulder injury.
The attacker threatened to cause further harm before fleeing with a purse containing a sum of money.
Suspect Description Released
- White male, approx. 25 years old
- About 6ft tall, proportionate build
- Short hair
- Wearing dark jeans and a long-sleeved jumper
