Bradford Police Make Arrest Over Online Abuse of Doncaster Rovers Player
Bradford District Police have arrested a man following reports of online abuse aimed at a Doncaster Rovers player. The abuse allegedly surfaced after the recent match between Bradford City AFC and Doncaster Rovers.
28-Year-Old Held in Custody
A 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of malicious communications and is currently being held in police custody. West Yorkshire Police are taking the matter seriously and have launched an active investigation.
Clubs Join Forces with Police
West Yorkshire Police are working closely with both Bradford City AFC and Doncaster Rovers Football Club to address the online abuse and prevent further incidents. Both clubs have condemned the behaviour and pledged their support for the investigation.
