Police Issue CCTV Appeal for ‘Royal Ascot’ Cap Bandit
Detectives have now released CCTV images of the suspect. Detective Constable Tom Grimshaw urged the public to help track the man down.
“This was a very traumatic experience for the member of staff, who had a gun pointed at them,” Grimshaw said. “Take a good look at the images. The suspect wore a very distinctive ‘Royal Ascot’ baseball cap. If you recognise him or have been offered a Rolex at a suspiciously low price, contact us immediately.
