Police are on the hunt for a missing man from Dymchurch and want residents in Dover to stay alert. Kevin Blackwell, 52, vanished between 1pm and 3pm on Thursday 9 May 2024 in the Orgarswick Avenue area of Dymchurch. Officers believe he often visits Dover and uses the local bus network for travel.
What Kevin Looks Like
Kevin stands about 5ft 10in tall and has a slim build. He sports short brown hair and striking blue eyes. When last spotted, he wore black trousers, trainers, a black jacket, and a black cap. He was also carrying a grey backpack.
