SWIPED Fareham Council’s Van Stolen – Police Seek Public’s Help

Borough Council has issued an urgent appeal after a council van was stolen yesterday. The vehicle, a distinctive Transit-style van with a caged rear, is used for collecting litter and clearing small fly-tipping.
