Kyle Chisholm Sentenced to Over Four Years
Kyle Chisholm, 27, from Foxglove Drive, Hilperton, has been locked up for four years and two months. He was sentenced at Swindon Crown Court on April 9 after admitting to stalking and intentionally suffocating a woman.
Terror Tactics to Haunt Victim
Between December 2023 and November 2025, Chisholm relentlessly stalked a woman he knew. He sent countless threatening messages, promising to harm her, her children, and even her pets. His harassment went beyond words — he showed up at her home, disabled her doorbell camera, and slashed the tyres on her car. His most chilling act was holding a pillow over the woman’s face while threatening to kill her.
Victim’s Harrowing Testimony
“I have avoided texts from my loved ones, as I don’t like my phone anymore, I hate my phone going off, every time it’s a reminder of what I had to put up with,” the victim told the court. “I spend a big portion of my day thinking about what is going through his mind, for example if he is thinking about me or how obsessed is with the thought of hurting me again. It consumes my thoughts and it destroys my energy and capacity to want to do anything productive or leave the house.”
Restraining Order Imposed
Alongside his prison sentence, Chisholm has been slapped with an indefinite restraining order, barring any contact with his victim.
