Warning: Steer Clear of ASDA Cash Machine at Isle of Dogs!
Card Skimming Scare Hits ASDA ATM
Isle of Dogs residents are sounding the alarm over a shady ASDA cash machine. Locals report scammers are rigging the ATM to swallow cards and drain bank accounts without a trace.
One concerned local posted in a Facebook group: “There have now been a number of incidents that the staff are all very aware of.” But shockingly, ASDA staff refuse to warn customers and have been rude when complaints are raised.
Customer Service Nightmare Unfolds
One frustrated shopper who tried to report the scam was bounced around like a ping-pong, ending up with call handlers in India — and no supervisor after 5pm.
“I do have a recording of the phone call and it’s very incriminating, not just for the Isle of Dogs ASDA, but the larger company itself,” the shopper revealed.
Shoppers Losing Hundreds in Suspicious ATM Scams
The shopper went to ASDA just for cat litter – but walked away £220 worse off after the suspicious activity.
“Avoid the place,” they warned. “I went to Aldi for food, only went to ASDA for cat litter but left £220 short!”
Don’t risk your cash. Avoid the ASDA cash machine on Isle of Dogs until this scam is sorted.
