A 40-year-old Pakistani man, Shah Fahad, was arrested at a Middlesbrough address on the morning of Saturday, March 14. He faces a string of serious child sex offence charges.
Four Charges Laid Against Shah Fahad
- Arranging or facilitating sexual activity with a child involving penetration
- Arranging or facilitating a child sex offence without penetration
- Attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child
- Attempting to incite a teenage girl to engage in sexual activity
Fahad Remanded to Appear in Court
The 40-year-old, from Marton Road, has been officially charged and remanded. He is set to appear before Teesside Magistrates’ Court on Monday, March 16.
