Mya was a bright, beautiful daughter with a fiery spirit and a wicked sense of humour. Never one to follow the crowd, she loved pushing boundaries and challenging what was expected of a young girl. Caring to her core, Mya always stood up for others and reached out to help people of all ages.
A Future Dedicated to Caring
Mya dreamed of a career in the caring professions, driven by her need to make a difference. She also had a passion for sport and was instantly recognisable by her trademark sunglasses perched on top of her head — no matter the weather.
Family Plea for Privacy
Her family know the whole community feels the pain of their loss. They now ask for privacy to grieve in peace and remember Mya’s spirit. She will remain forever loved and held close in their hearts.
