Major Incident Shuts M4—Traffic Chaos Unfolds
Wiltshire Police are at the scene of a serious incident causing a lengthy closure on the M4. National Highways Traffic Officers have also rushed in to manage the chaos and keep things moving as smoothly as possible.

- Exit M4 westbound at Junction 17 and head south on the A350
- Continue to Bumpers Farm Roundabout with the A420
- Turn right onto A420 bristol/" title="Bristol" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Bristol Road westbound
- Follow A420 to the roundabout with the A46 near Cold Ashton
- Turn right onto A46 northbound
- Continue north to rejoin M4 westbound at Junction 18
