Three teenagers have been charged with the murder of a man found injured in an alleyway in New Marske. Paul Miller, 37, from Saltburn, was discovered with serious injuries between Dale Street and Arthur Terrace shortly after 8pm last Friday.

Suspects Named and Charged

Cleveland Police have charged 19-year-olds Ryan Chilvers and Jake Scott, along with 18-year-old Luke Stubbs, with murder. Another 37-year-old man, initially arrested on suspicion of murder, has since been released on conditional bail.

“He was silly and funny, but also kind and would do anything to help people,” said Paul Miller’s family. “The best son in the world, who loved his sisters, nieces, family and friends so much.”
