Serious Crash Blocks A40 Near Acton
An urgent emergency response was launched after a bus and car collided on the A40 Western Avenue at the Wales Farm Road junction near Acton. The smash has completely blocked both eastbound and westbound lanes.
Two Hurt, One Airlifted to Hospital
Paramedics treated two casualties at the scene of the crash just after 10pm on Saturday night. One person was immobilised on a spinal board and rushed to hospital by air ambulance. The second victim, a woman, was taken to hospital with walking wounds.
