Woman Killed in Horrific Milton Hit-and-Run
A pedestrian has died after a car struck her early this morning in Milton, Stoke-on-Trent.
Emergency Crews Race to Leek Road
West Midlands Ambulance Service responded swiftly at 7:54am. An ambulance, paramedic officer, and Midlands Air Ambulance from Cosford were dispatched to the scene.
Heroic Efforts Unable to Save Victim
A West Midlands Ambulance spokesperson said: “On arrival we found a female pedestrian. Our team immediately began advanced life support, continuing treatment en route to Royal Stoke University Hospital.”
They added, “The air ambulance crew travelled with the ambulance to aid in critical care. Sadly, soon after arriving at the hospital, it was clear nothing could be done and she was pronounced dead.”
