Mass Shooting in Louisiana Kills Eight Children
Eight children aged between one and 14 have been tragically killed in a mass shooting in Louisiana. The attack, linked to a domestic disturbance, unfolded in the early hours of Sunday morning. Police Chief Wayne Smith revealed that a total of ten people were shot around 6am across three separate crime scenes. “This is an extensive scene unlike anything most of us have ever seen,” he said.
Some Victims Related to Suspect
Chief Smith confirmed that some of the children who died were related to the gunman. The suspect fled in a stolen car but was chased by officers into nearby Bossier City. During the pursuit, police shot the suspect. State police reported that no officers were harmed in the chase or confrontation.
Investigation Ongoing, Identities Withheld
Authorities have not yet released the names of the victims or the shooter. The investigation remains active as police work to piece together the full story behind the horrific massacre.
