MURDER PROBE LAUNCHED AFTER TEEN CHASED AND STABBED IN EAST LONDON
A brutal murder investigation is underway after an 18-year-old was chased and fatally stabbed in Chadwell Heath.
Teenager Found Stabbed on Nash Road
Police rushed to Padnell Road at around 10:30pm on Wednesday, 14 March following reports of an assault. Officers discovered the victim suffering from a stab wound nearby on Nash Road.
He was rushed to an East London hospital by paramedics but tragically died at 1:16am.
Police Hunt Multiple Suspects
Detectives believe the young victim was pursued by several attackers before being stabbed. One man has been arrested, but inquiries are ongoing.
Appeal for Witnesses
Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command have sealed off the crime scene and are urging anyone with information to come forward. The victim’s family have been informed, though formal ID is pending.
