Motorcyclist Airlifted After Horror Crash on Devon Road
A serious crash on Saturday night has left a local motorcyclist fighting for life. Police rushed to the B3230 near Plaistow Mills, Muddiford, shortly after 7pm following a single-vehicle collision.
Silver Honda CB600 Hornet Crashes Northbound
The rider, a 30-year-old man from the area, was heading towards Ilfracombe when his silver Honda CB600 Hornet smashed on the road. He suffered multiple serious injuries and was airlifted to Derriford Hospital for urgent treatment.
Road Closed for Forensic Investigation
Officers from the Alliance Roads Policing Team and local cops sealed off the B3230 to investigate the smash. After thorough forensic checks, the road was reopened. Police remain tight-lipped on what caused the crash but are actively investigating.
