Double Stabbing in Erith Sparks Urgent Police Hunt
A woman and a teenage girl have been rushed to hospital after a shocking double stabbing in Erith. Police have launched an urgent manhunt for two suspects involved in the attack.
Knife Attack at The Nursery
Emergency services were called to The Nursery at around 3pm on Sunday following reports of violence. Metropolitan Police officers and London Ambulance crews discovered a 47-year-old woman and an 18-year-old girl suffering from knife wounds.
Both victims received treatment at the scene before being taken to hospital. Their current conditions remain unknown.
Manhunt Underway as Police Search for Two Suspects
The Met Police confirmed two suspects are being sought in connection with the stabbings. As of Sunday evening, no arrests have been made.
“Urgent enquiries” are ongoing to track down those responsible. A forensic cordon remains in place at The Nursery, with officers conducting door-to-door inquiries and reviewing CCTV footage from the area.

“Around 15:00hrs on Sunday, 6 July, officers attended The Nursery, Erith, alongside the Ambulance Service following reports of a double-stabbing.
Two victims — a 47-year-old woman and an 18-year-old girl — were treated at the scene for knife injuries and taken to hospital. We await updates on their conditions.
Police are seeking two suspects in connection with the incident. No arrests have been made, and we are making urgent enquiries to locate the perpetrators.”
