Drama erupted in Paddington, London, on September 23 when emergency services rushed to the scene after a 16-year-old boy was found with a serious arm wound.
Teen Rushed to Hospital with Serious Injury
The London Ambulance Service acted fast, treating the boy at the scene before rushing him to a major trauma centre. Thankfully, his injuries were non-life threatening, and he has since been discharged.
Suspect Arrested on Same Day
Police swiftly arrested a 17-year-old boy from Westminster the very same day. The teenager now faces multiple serious charges.
Serious Charges and Court Hearing
The Metropolitan Police charged the suspect with wounding with intent, possession of an offensive weapon, and possession of a class B drug. He was remanded in custody and appeared at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on September 25.
